We process account details, pilot application information, campaign configuration, approved prospect records, messages, provider events, audit history, and support correspondence.
Purposes and legal basis
We use data to assess applications, deliver contracted pilots, secure the service, meet legal obligations, and pursue legitimate business interests where applicable.
Retention and rights
Retention depends on the record and legal requirement. Requests for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection can be sent to privacy@rocknwool.com.
International providers
Subprocessors may process data outside your country using applicable contractual and transfer safeguards. See the Subprocessors page.
