Pilot scope
Access is invite-only, limited to the agreed tenant, markets, users, and evaluation period. Production outbound remains subject to readiness gates and written approvals.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate campaign facts, legal instructions, sender details, suppression requirements, and timely approval decisions.
No guaranteed outcomes
Operator One does not guarantee meetings, sales, deliverability, or conversion performance. Pilot targets are evaluation goals, not warranties.
Suspension
We may pause activity immediately for security, legal, deliverability, complaint, payment, or misuse risk.
